  Bespoke Glass Design were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We initially approached a few splashback companies, when we decided to start our investigation for a toughened glass splashback. I will be honest, I work in a customer facing work role and have done for nearly 24 years and will always want excellent customer service. We really didn't know how much splashbacks would cost and wanted a general overview from a few companies. We spoke to Simon and he was very customer foccused with lots of detailed information about the splashback, and we felt that this was a service well worth the money from a company that really knew their product, when we looked online their reviews were excellent every time. Simon and Dan have been so attentive from the initial email to calls and measuring visits. They have a very technical piece of kit when measuring up and leaves very little or no room for error - which gave us peace of mind. We made the order and were very excited about this. I would 100% reccommend Bespoke Glass Design, Maldon Essex every time for their diligence, customer care and overall excellent service.
